sortof confused about the wrinkle in the wrapping paper or whatever you used for the background, but that's the only thing I see by first glance that bothers me. maybe not so much on the side with various graphics but on the side with the logo it stands out to me. this is prob. ur first draft so u may not have even meant for that to be there so...other than that, i like. stay funky
